Meet Our Leaders
Ralph Pfremmer, Founder and CEO
Ralph's operational career, which ranges from local family restaurants to
nationally recognized culinary establishments, highlights more than 25 years of food
service experience.
Ralph, who has assisted with more than 40 restaurant openings throughout the
U.S., provides sound strategy to new business and development. Career highlights
include serving as Washington University's food and beverage director and Lindenwood
University's director of dining services at Lindenwood University. He studied Culinary
Arts and Hospitality Services Management at Forest Park College in St. Louis and
apprenticed under Gold Toque and famed executive Chef Wolfgang Bier at the St. Louis
Club in Clayton.
Ralph competes in top amateur road and off-road masters competitive cycling
events throughout the Midwest. He is a member of Team Velo Force, an elite amateur
bicycle team sponsored by Pfoodman, Ralston-Purina, and Big Shark Bicycles.
Kevin Miquelon, President
Kevin Miquelon is President of Pfoodman and guides the company’s organizational and leadership development, strategic planning and execution, and oversees business development. He is heavily involved in customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in all areas of the company.
Miquelon was founder and partner of a consulting firm that specialized in business development and aggressive growth, and strategic planning and implementation, working with the upper-level executive teams at mid-market companies. Prior to that Miquelon spent a number of years in the foodservice distribution industry with Kraft Foodservice in leadership positions.
Taylor Strecker, Chief Financial Officer / Vice President
of Operations
Taylor's 35 years in food service enable him to handle the extensive
responsibilities as Pfoodman's CFO. His business management skills allow him to
expertly focus on client service and satisfaction. Taylor's experience includes training
under internationally-renowned chefs at various clubs and restaurants. He earned degrees
in Hotel Restaurant and Food Service Management from St. Louis Community College at
Forest Park and Purdue University.
